Sounds like it might have contained parts of that Taco Bell chihuahua that died recently. That might explain the high price.

RB, i'm stunned at how much the "value meals" cost nowadays. while i don't eat out much at these places, when i do, i'm in and out for under $3.00 - 2 x $1.00 mcdouble (no cheese) and a $0.69 30 oz diet coke.

it is actually pretty close to my diet's macronutrient balance, but it is high in fat, contains bad fat and the carbs are unfavorable, so it isn't ideal. it isn't nearly as bad as a happy meal, though.
