Yet even Solomon realized just how morally depraved he was to take that many wives. It robbed him of true intimacy with a life partner, and it left him with nothing but meaninglessness. Wise as he was, he still had to learn the hard way about God's plan for a man and a woman. God's plan or Man's plan? I suspect its the latter.
