It is not a hole. It is capacity. For the next 50 years that hole will carry capacity. 48 fibers. Each pair able to carry lambda after lambda, eaqch of GB capacity.
See DWDM to know what I mean.

We discuss in situ if we should put detectable warning tape -instead of ordinary plastic type- since we will use GPS to enter coordinates into a clever machine which, upon a cut, we repair quickly since it can be pin pointed with accuracy. Then once the guy reaches the site, we reason, we need to give him a very quick way to find the fiber trench in 20 years time.

If there would be Anglos running this thing, they would be seating in a air condio0tned office. Had sent a bunch of local guys to solve the problem for them. Then locals would fail, the Anglos would blame the melanin rich and their project would extend in decades. Trust me: 25 years in God Forsaken countries taught the Anglo modus operandi.

Down here, we back our words with actions. And that is why capital is spreading for us to build all that you are seeing.
Capital is deserting Anglo world where NIMBY rules.

Do not warn them. We want to get all the money and the goodies too!

The CEO will sign my bonus next June, we want him to sign without thinking… Thus he is on situ.

Let me know what more you want to know about.

The Bridge and de-populatiuon. The journalist I had lunch bridge Message 25802515

She said that France is suffering depopulation and the villages are left without Post Office and schools for kids.
Such trend is not happening only in France.
Therefore countries like France that has money but no economic activity needs to create projects such as the Millau Bridge to keep the economy artificially running.

We have such bridge here too. I have a meeting today with the bridges dept. of the roads works ministry. I want to stuck a pipe with the fiber across the bridge. Problem is the briudge has two concrete ends and a metallic center. metallic center swings on the vertical and horrizo9ntal axis and I need to make sure I have a fiber slack both ends so that the fiber is not tensioned.

Next they wiull make a new one sicne that was only interim and cannot take the heavier traffic of today.

The yellow ribbon is the one I am going to suggest to replace with other stuff easy to find with a metal detector. Another fellow Franbk Collucio promised to help me on that.
