I OWN the Presidency and take full responsibility for everything my Administration does, no matter how difficult it was made by the former Administration. Make no mistake about it. I never blame President Bush for anything except leaving me a gazillion dollar deficit, a whole bunch of military issues that I've been forced to tweak and perpetuate, forcing me to use signing statements, and anything else I can get away with. And my suits are very nice, thank you very much."
