I still feel pretty sweet about the fact that I'm not the one thinking I have brilliant arguments simply because no one replies to them. I realize it's hard to take correction, but that little logical fallacy was just ridiculous. Trying to turn it around is interesting, and I guess if we were "opponents" I should do the same now, but I just don't care enough. I'm not making the kinds of arguments you are. I'm not assuming the absence of posts to my posts "means" something. So no, you really can't turn this around. My simplistic takes on things ARE just simplistic takes on things, and I know it. I just don't have time to waste here writing books, or very complex long posts- and obviously you don't have that time either, or you don't wish to do it. You don't stop at merely assuming your own simplistic posts are great, you assume WE think they are great because we don't respond. You don't get the hubris there? It's not mutual hubris just because I point out your hubris. I do NOT assume my posts are great when no one replies to them. I usually assume no one was interested in the topic I brought up.

Give me a break.

I'll leave the last post to you. Enjoy it. And don't assume because I don't reply that I don't have a response. I do, but it's just not worth continuing this.
