All countries in their fear and anger of their own failings are prone to blame foreigners among them -- Hitler was the purest expression of this repugnant form of hatred and he exploited this weakness in Germans as he led them to believe that their greatness was being robbed by "Jews". Illegal aliens should be treated fairly under the law -- and that includes using the powers of government to deport illegals. But if an illegal child is dying you do not ask him if his papers are in order, you call a doctor -- if you are really a human being.
