Well, they don't pay into workers comp and they certainly do get benefits out of workers comp. You of all people should know that.

Do you mean the identity theft that is going on in the USA------stolen ID's---oh sure they have their criminals who can make a fake ID fast------or steal dead people's ID's. Why isn't the FBI going after these law breakers?? The illegals who pay or steal the ID's and their front men?

Really? But I thought you said they were "illegal"... Where are they getting these "fake ID's"? I bet the majority of them are paid 'under the table'... So do they pay income tax? Do they buy auto insurance? Do they pay their hospital bills everytime they go the the emergency room? Do they spend most of their wages here or send it back to family in their home country? What's the cost everytime they take a job away from a U.S. citizen?
