Another complaint was dismissed today, regarding Sarah collecting her state salary while campaigning with McCain. The investigator was the same guy handling the legal trust fund complaint...

Independent investigator Thomas M. Daniel found that Alaska law fixes annual compensation for the governor and lieutenant governor for services while in office -- not the amount of time they spend performing those services.

BTW, one of the earlier complaints was resolved on a "no contest" basis. That's how the investigator proposes to handle the legal trust fund issue: she would disavow the trust, then the state would dismiss the complaint. I suspect we'll know by the end of next week...
