How about you name some accomplishments of, for example, Madelyn Albright. Then we'll talk about Rice (hint: Rice spent significant time straightening out Albright's blunders).

Have you read Woodward's last book on the GWB administration? I'm guessing not.

She saved Lebanon a ton of money in the tear down of a number of their buildings. The Lebanese didn't have pay the demolition contractor a cent.
