The reason for the weakness in the stock is now apparent. Everyone in the stock knew about a secondary offering except the small shareholder, which is announced after the close on Friday. It must have been those insiders dumping a million shares that let the word out to their Wall Street buddies. Screwed once again. Moreover, announcing it after the bell on Friday makes it look more like the company is announcing bad news in the hope that everyone will forget by Monday. Watch out for more downside pressure on Monday.
