study never mentioned how high their cholesterol was of those tested. i expect if you take those with just extreme high cholesterol your improvement in chance to avoid a heart attack may improve to 50% vs 31%. Again it depends on the mix of those tested.

I'm having a really tough time seeing how the drug company exaggerated in the cited case.

Looks to me they told it precisely as it was.
