As this grows, and as more of the race-baiters - sharpton, jackson - get involved, that police department will release that tape. The question is: Did the politicians demand the tape be turned over to them? The governor and mayor are both black. They know how ugly this can turn if that gets out. If the cops continue to be attacked, you can count on that tape coming out. If gates continues to threaten to sue or actually does, if there's still a copy in the cop's possession, it will find its way onto You Tube.
