Technically, Partial Birth Abortion is just inches away from a murder charge but it's light years away from being in any sense, Just. The practical implications are that if you can kill a Human Being in the very act of being born, then why not change the Laws to allow the same type of killing Postpartum as people like Peter Singer advocate. Given the same criteria that you have espoused, Singer has a very strong case and it's merely a matter of time and a calculated campaign to depersonalize and dehumanize the newborns, away.
