Sounds like a good idea. I wonder if he will follow through. Rhetoric is easy.

Kudos to Obama on the F22 funding issue. I also give him credit for not bailing out California.

IMHO, it is not valid to use performance data to evaluate a teacher--or a role the Federal Government should be performing by typing such data to federal funding.

A teacher can do everything right and still have an underperforming class.
