My bet is that's the way it went down.>>> It could also be that the DA's office did not think they had a case against an elderly man on a cane with charges of disorderly conduct in his own home - especially after the man having provided 2 picture ID's that he was the lawful resident and with no one else except an unidentified man in a police uniform in the man's kitchen making charges.
