The Criminal Code (section 238 is CLEAR: (1) Every one who causes the death, in the act of birth, of any child that has not become a human being, in such a manner that, if the child were a human being, he would be guilty of murder, is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for life. So your statement ("The practical implications are that if you can kill a Human Being in the very act of being born, then why not change the Laws to allow the same type of killing Postpartum as people like Peter Singer advocate.") WAS an act of misrepresentation...as I said.
