Hans- Every one who was short thought of first 100 points as a fluke second hndred as a dead cat bounce third hundred servers were block- now market rarely does gratify people what they want- here lies dilemma of the shorts caught on the wrong side.

Hans, OFF TOPIC: "The aug/sep/oct slump was no fun though. I sold most of my stock and have a portfolio of options. It's time to buy some good old safe stocks again." You said it - in fact, I'd say a portfolio of options is really no portfolio at all (mine evaporated in the same aug/sep/oct slump). I was lucky enough to keep some stock but it will be some time writing CCs against it to get back in the game. Really need a few very good quality picks at this point. Don't think drugs are a bad place to look with FDA activity picking up steam before year end. Happy digging out, mark
