We don't have to send people to summer school based on that. We only have to send them to summer school if they fail a required class- like English, biology, math or history.

I think the staff would probably be divided on the issue. The self confident teachers wouldn't mind it, and the insecure ones would be afraid- and security doesn't necessarily correlate with competence. I think it's often more of an age thing.
