You could always give him the benefit of the doubt and say he means well but doesn't know a darn thing about running a business or making a payroll much less keeping a budget under control. The way I see it he's running the government like it was one big ACORN.

On second thought...Too much benefit of the doubt. O's agenda supercedes the idea of paying for it. Most of it is politically motivated.
