Interesting that Obama is creating something like a second executive structure. Without going into the legalities of all this - I'm told that what he does is probably legal - it is curious that he elects to bypass, in many cases, the existing bureaucracies. Very revolutionary approach, it seems, if that's what it is. Why bother fighting entrenched traditionalist bureaucrats if you can build a parallel system and get things done through it.

I suppose, people who like what the Prez is doing should like this approach. Those who disagree have good reasons to worry about it.

What do these people do that the various US departments don't do? Maybe it is smart to just fire all the rest of the government agencies employees, and pay these people to do everything that should be done....
