Why haven't they already done it with Medicare or any of the other health care progams the federal government runs? No new law is needed there. Is it too much to ask they fulfill their promises on the half of the national health care system already under federal control before taking over the rest? There is no health care that is under government control...it's all private. Medicare is nothing more than another payer...the medical services are provided by private enterprises. And doctors, hospitals, specialists will still be private providers under the Presidents system. No different than under Medicare, Medicaid, etc. So what's your problem then? Al
