And if this was a limping 60 year old white professor with a cane the police would have been tripping over themselves to apologize. Of course it probably wouldn't have happened in the first place to a limping 60 year old white professor- but there you are. But if you can ever FIND a case, let me know. The fact that there aren't any seems a little suspicious- because you know that all white professors aren't tactful, and some of them have probably had run ins with police. Heck I gave you an old white woman who had actually done something wrong (and who refused to ID herself), unlike Gates- her policeman got suspended. Have a way to rationalize that one?
