I thought you were going to say "You mean a handcuffed black man who they are beating up with nightsticks" (a la Rodney King)

I was trying to get a sense if you feel it's never OK for the police to bring in a non-physically threatening verbal abuser in any situation. Of course I could have just asked you that, but I was trying to make it as graphic as possible. I was also curious as to how central to your views on this freedom to cast verbal abuse on the police was tied into the police being in the home.

Of course how you feel about it and what the law is, I realize, and I'm sure you realize also, are two different things.

I wasn't trying to bait you as much as I was trying to see if you had thought your statements through as to their possible consequences and how consistent you were about it.

Of course you may be thinking "Why me? for this test. Well, for one, I know you understand the law, and for two, on other subjects you comment on you usually have thought them out so I was trying to get to the underlying rational, if any, on your position.
