What they want and what they get are two different things. Satellites are being launched, so the operators just have to cope as best they can with the competition. <Operators do not want to be at the mercy of satellites >

Globalstar is selling service around the world and that will include more of Africa soon. The local operators will have to discount their prices to keep their customers.
