"It's possible the costs of running a medical practice are lower in Beverly Hills than where you're located. The reimbursement schedule seems to work well here."

The key to profitability in Beverly Hills (or anywhere else) is the Payor mix. Most patients in Beverly Hills have very good insurance and/or make cash guarantees for any payment gap. You won't even get your foot in the door with lets say a Healthnet Yugo plan or MediCal unless you pay upfront. If you take this concept to Palmdale or Bakersfield with low overhead, you will be out of business in no time because your payor mix demographics are just not there to support this.
