Obama thought people would once again excuse his racism. Now many are pissed with the huge destructive bills and his overt racism. Many feel they elected him to end the racist nonsense. Now there is a backlash because they see he wants to continue it. He should have done some research before trying to toss Cambridge and Crowley under the bus. A white police Sergeant would have ordinarily been an easy target, but they picked the absolute wrong guy. The health bill which in Senate and House both exempt the House, Senate, Administration and all Federal employees seems an obvious bad tasting pill that they don't want, but want to collar the rest of the country with it.
