I would say Cleveland Clinic and its strategic approach to providing healthcare is developing into an industry gold standard, a reflection of very good business management. It's a good corporate citizen that applies many aspects of "Corporate Best Practices". - Massive marketing machine, be profitable with help of tax breaks - do charity work. ...Too bad health care should not be a business.
