because the have no intention to retire the money. You don't pay attention to Geitner do you? Why act like such a fool. You know they only spent a very small portion. They admit that. In stating that they don't intend to retire the money means they intend to use it as a political slush fund.

How bout Obama's numbers?

The stimulus and all the other Obama-spending has on impact on business planning.

No employer is going to start a hiring program in this environment, except for perhaps an organization like ACORN.
