Obama didn't fumble around answering that question. He said exactly what he wanted and intended to say. And he went on and on about it.

He did what he, Emanuel and Carville always do and always promote. "Never fail to take advantage of a crisis".

Only this time, he and his racist buddy from Harvard discovered that their play on the "crisis" backfired on them. Tough nuggies.
