Since when is acting like an arrogant jerk in your own home an arrestable crime?

If it were a crime on this thread there would be a lot of life sentences.

Z, > Since when is acting like an arrogant jerk in your own home an arrestable crime?

He was acting like an arrogant jerk to a police officer. Sure it was his own home, but that doesn't give him the right to tell the officer to go away, especially if the officer had a valid reason to suspect a burglary was taking place.

Since when is acting like an arrogant jerk in your own home an arrestable crime?

1. When there is a question as to whose house it is.
2. When your obnoxious behavior interferes with a police officer in the performance of his lawful duties.
