No, 65 is the earliest which is 1 year earlier than 66 which is now the earliest one can take a full SS option.

You can take reduced Social Security at 62, which I did as I don't think it will be around in the same way in the future. I paid in the maximum for over 40 years so it is nice to get a little back.
