This is where Obama, or someone, has to take the lead and start explaining in clear language how the Bill is supposed to work and how the savings will materialize. I think, everyone, is reluctant to do this because the Health Care Bill won't stand up to hard scrutiny of how the revenue will materialize. It is, I think, a lot of "hoped for" savings. Like what the electronic medical records conversion is supposed to save. No one knows for sure if those savings will appear as we have never had electronic medical records before (on a vast scale) and no is sure if we can carry out the conversion without major glitches appearing.
