yes a free market would be ideal, but right now we don't have one.

N: i was simply showing the evidence against the frequent claim that it is the "free market" of big pharma to which we should all bow in obeisance for the wonderful life saving gifts they bring us...

insurance captured big pharma and government, and now they all have us by the short hairs.
