?? i mean that without insurance health care would become very affordable. ??

Oh ??

Are you Certain about that ?

What do you think "Just" the NICU / CICU / or / ICU Room Rate will Drop to if we eliminated Every Insurance Co .. Today ?

And how about 1 month in a Nursing Home ..

What would that Cost Drop to ?

Something Affordable ?

This is all about preserving the insurance-pharmaceutical complex. Nothing more, nothing less.
Truth is insurance companies don’t cure people, prevent diseases, or treat diseases. In addition, insurance companies don’t contribute at all to improving quality outcomes. Physicians, hospitals,
nurses and therapists do all that.
Therefore insurance companies serve no purpose other than to issue and trade common stock, preferred stock and corporate bonds. Health insurance companies and drug companies divert over a $trillion dollars of health care money away from hospitals, doctors, therapists, nurses and drugs every year for their bloated bureurcratic employees who must ration health care at a much higher level than Medicare ever will.
Madoff, Lay at Enron, Ebbers at World Com, Global Crossing and Scott at Columbia/HCA will all be laughing in their prison cells, graves or Country clubs at the scam being perpetuated on the American Citizens. At least when Enron cooked the books, no one died.
