If you think the Dems believe they can pay for it you must have a very low opinion of their intelligence.

I agree that it is a difficult sale to the public. But this problem is of Washington's making Dems and Reps.

I suspect that it will be resolved by the collapse of the government and of Social Security, Medicare and the welfare state.
