I really think that we need to start challenging the constitutionality of many things that are being put on the table. I do think that "we" are on the defensive with the Obamagang. Which means we are playing his game. I agree with you, we are being distracted where the Obamagang wants us to be distracted. We need to be putting Obama more on the defensive. So i think we agree that the birth certificate brouhaha is playing out exactly the way obama wants it to. There is an old saying about lying "the best way to lie is to tell the truth unconvincingly". That's what Obamagang is doing with the birth cert. They are telling the truth, but not being convincing about it. And I agree, Sgt Crowley is going to be used for this little teaching moment. And being a gentleman, he will probably apologize to Gates. And Gates will accept the apology and then not offer one in return. The last thing he should do is go to the whitehouse for a beer.
