I was a juror in federal court 20+ years ago. The defendant was up against a seasoned prosecutor presenting virtually air-tight evidence in a bank holdup case. The bank teller had given the robber a bill pack containing a radio transmitter, and the FBI busted him with the evidence about 10 minutes later. I though he should have just copped a plea. P.S. The prosecutor was Steve Branchflower, the same guy who was hired last summer to investigate Sarah Palin in the Troopergate case.
