Has anyone questioned whether Crowley had probable cause? Isn't that the issue? If he has probable cause doesn't he have a duty to do what he did?

Whether he had probable cause or not, he still barged in.......its normal for someone to feel territorial about their home. Why wasn't he more respectful until he got the facts?
