I heard it and at first questioned it, but realized he should have explained his argument better. Canada, of course, has one of the lowest population densities anywhere -- about 1/10 of the US, the number of important statistics like highway miles driven, violent crime, and the general moral decay in the US that occurred as a result of the failed welfare state, you would expect life expectancy to reflect these conditions. This is what is wrong with the WHO study. It just doesn't look at the figures rationally.
