Who the F ever heard of 'net approval rating' until you idiot dittoheads started listening to Rush. While you listen to Limbaugh far more than I do (and are more of a "dittohead" than I've ever been) I've never heard him use the term. It is, however, a commonly used term -- and an important one. What was Bush's 'net approval rating' when he left office? It was negative. We all know that.
