The UAV wouldn't see 180 degrees laterally. As for non-visual information and non local information (like information for AWACS), in combat the remote pilot would also be busy and miss some of that information. Eventually the situational awareness issue will decline, and the maneuverability advantage will only grow. Piloted fighters days are numbered, but there not over yet, and wouldn't be even without the pressure of fighter pilots and ex-pilots against the idea.
