I think the birthers are wrong for at least 2 reasons:

1. If there is a birth certificate in Hawaii, then he must have been born there. Hawaii would not issue a birth certificate for someone born in another state.

2. Even if he was born overseas, he was an American Citizen at birth by virtue of his being the son of an American Citizen, his mother.

I suspect that there is something that is embarrasing in the birth certificate and that is what is being covered up. I cannot for the life of me imagine what it is, but I think they would just release the birth certificate if there was nothing to hide.
