AMV has pushed back its shareholder meeting to tomorrow. I will maintain my short position until the shareholder vote. The common shares, which are down $.60 to $9.00 this morning, are signaling that the transaction will be approved. The warrants, which were trading at $.09 two days ago, are now up to $.29, another sign that the transaction will be approved.
