It should have your mothers name and her maiden name, as well as your father's name, and their address, plus where they were born. Papers that don't have full information are basically useless for any ID or Passport purposes. Anyone today if they were so inclined could make copies and tell people they were official records. Good heavens, there are whole industries in parts of America that make fake ID, and fake Drivers licenses. Therefore, there are plenty of ways to vote fraudently. And to get credit the same way. ETC.
