Did I ever mention when I lived in S.F. I had an Islander 21 that I kept at the Berkeley Marina? The outboard was broken, so I always had to sail out of and into the slip. Luckily it was located in a place where that was possible.

I love to be outdoors, and all it offers. Even like to sleep in tents. BUT hate all the dirt, bugs and critters, plus really dislike not having a shower or two every day.
