Richard - I did similar but more conservative estimates and came up with about 12.5 cents in value. I used $17 oil and 2.15mcf gas.
Do you have any idea of the life of these wells?

Paine Webber is forecasting $2.15 per mmBtu for natgas 1998. I assume this would be about $2.28 mcf. They say this estimate could be quite conservative if we have a normal (cold) winter. I guess that some
think the El Nino may bring a warm winter to the midwest.

Richard - I keep playing with the numbers from the company releases, and it's obvious that Q3 and Q4 for this year are going to be very good, even without anything from the new discovery at King's Ridge 96.
If oil and gas prices hold up, this company could do very well in 1998. If King's Ridge in big, and commodity prices go up, there is a very good potential here.
