Being a bird watcher, I think you'll get hooked on checking in on them. IOW, this is going to be great fun for you. Hopefully your patio is very private and the only people who go on it are you and your immediate family. You'll probably have done some research about Morning Doves and start counting the days until they hatch. Then you'll watch the parents go back and forth with food. You'll watch the babies grow and will also probably name them all. If you were really interested, you could install a cam and watch the whole process from your computer, but you'd have to do that right away. There are several bird cams on line. I've been watching about 5 of them this year. I imagine it's quite expensive to run a live web cam, so I don't expect you'd stream it on line. If you do set up a cam, you'll have to let us know how they're doing. How many hatch and how they are progressing.

Nick is probably happy to contribute his bike to the cause! He is such a neat kid, I hope he's keeping busy this summer in a good way? ;)
