Ashley, for bonds you might look at nyse.com

Preferred issues, like SLMPRB are findable under the company listing. In this case, here's the pathway: nyse.com

You could hack the command line backwards in order to browse the listed preferreds.

For preferred there is very little underlying information, but all of it (dividend yield, liquidation preference, whether it is callable) can be found in the 10K.
