I consider the Michael J Fox article to be satirical. No one will kill off celebrities who will get special treatment. Death by neglect WILL happen to ordinary folks though and not as a result of their choice. Heck, Obama has advisors who are open about saying thats desirable.

Wasn't it sarcasm or satire? I read it but sure didn't take it literally.
