CitiCorp is at 53rd and Lexington uptown. I'm downtown in Battery Park about 3 blocks south of Wall Street. It was great watching all those nervous nellies exiting the NYSE on monday after the big drop. Media was all over the place. I was actually interviewed and asked my opinions about the crash but found out later it was for some tv station in Tokyo! Oh well - I guess my 15 minutes of fame will have to wait. Negative on New York?? No more than anyone else living in this area. You know what they say about the big apple - great place to visit but wouldn't want to live there! I work here and live in Nu Joysey (everyone thinks we talk that way but we don't). Negative on Franklin and their customers?? Care to step outside? Just kidding! I'm in this for the long haul just like the rest of you and so far it appears I'm in great company! Pat
